We'll start with the biographical essentials. The Veronicas are an Australian pop/rock band fronted by impish 24-year-old twins Jess (blonde) and Lisa (dark) Origliasso and backed by three guys whose existence we never bothered to acknowledge.

They take their name from a comic book and a line from the movie Heathers and split their time between their hometown of Brisbane, where they were born on Christmas Day 1984, and their musical home of LA, where they are signed to Warner Bros. Asleep yet? Jess is bisexual, has 14 tattoos (and counting) and was the center of a 'porn storm' when naked pictures of her were circulated on the web.

Lisa is straight, goes through men faster than you go through socks, can down beer and is "banned from drinking tequila" following a recent three-day hangover.
