So you're a professional poker player. How did you get into that?
Well, I was a model and trained actress before I started playing poker. It was about a year and a half ago when I got into it, around about the time when actors were on strike. I got bored and I decided to try something new. I started playing with my dad and got hooked. With a lot of reading and coaching I started to win until I eventually became the Foxwood's Casino spokesmodel.
Wow. We understand you're the first girl to have that privilege. Are you proud?
I'm really flattered. Foxwood's is one of the biggest casinos in Conneticut, which isn't far from New York, so it attracts a lot of people.
Foxwood's have spent $10,000 buying you into this year's World Poker Tournament...Wowzers
Yeah I know. The WPT finals start on the 5th and run till the 10th November. I'm very excited.
After Foxwood's World Poker tour we hear that you'll be playing at a charity poker game with Stephen Baldwin. Do you know Stephen well?
Me and Stephen are great friends actually. We first met at another charity poker game for the Ronald McDonald charity and we've kept in contact since then.
Have got any other projects you're working on right now?
Actually Me and Stephen are currently writing and producing a film which will be called Grinders. We're fishing around for interest at the moment, but the ball is most definintely in motion.
Excellent. But you're an actress first and foremost. You trained at one of best studios in LA, where they produced great comedians such as Will Ferrell and a lot of the SNL crew.
Yeah that was at Groudlings. It was all about improvisation. They'd give you a scenario and then say 'Go!' and you'd have to just muddle your way through. Comedy is definitely more difficult than other types of acting and I have an enormous amount of respect for comedic actors.
Who's your favourite comedian?
Oh I love Will Ferrell. He's a comedic genius. I also like Tina Fey from 30 Rock and Alec Baldwin's brilliant at the smarmy stuff. There's this one guy I met when I guest appeared on Nick Cannon's Wild 'n Out. He was really brilliant and I think you should look out for him in the future. His name is Mikey day.
Will do. You're the new face of jewellery line Dirty Pretty Things. Is that the best job in the world for a girl?
Of course, girls love jewellery. The line is really great. It's run by these two young pretty edgy girls who design pieces for the really hip crowd. Their stuff reminds me of Betsey Johnson's but it's got a real edgy cool feel to it. It's very high end costume jewellery. I love wearing their jewellery and I often wear it when I'm playing in these high profile poker tournaments.
What would be your perfect Christmas present?
I know it's cliche, but I love shoes. A pair from Prada or Christian Louboutin would be perfect!
You were on Curb your enthusiasm with Larry David. We're massive fans of Larry. How was it?
Well, it was a lot of improv, which was great for me as that is what I was trained to do at Groundlings. I actually met my flatmate, playmate Tiffany Cole on the show. We had such a great time. I grew up watching Seinfeld so I was already a big fan of Larry.
You appeared in Playboy yourself?
I did indeed. I did a celebrity spread, which meant that I didn't go topless or anything. Not that I disagree with anyone else going topless...my best friend is a playmate! It's just not something I've ever done.
Who do you think is the sexiest girl on TV right now?
Erm...I love quirky girls like Olivia Wilde or Zooey Deschanel. They're both so attractive, but they have these big big personalities as well, which make them even more appealing.
