15% of Americans have interrupted sex to answer their cell phone.

Americans average 13 talking hours per month on their cell phones but the 18-24 age group manage 22 hours.

38% of Americans believe it is OK to use their cell phone in the bathroom.

Cell phones are ranked as the number one invention that people hate the most, but can't live without. the alarm clock and television rank second and third.

Italy leads the world in cell phones per capita with 124 phones per 100 people. In America, the figure is a mere 49. But in Burma it's around 0.03 per 100 people - roughly one phone per 3,000 people.

If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone on your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the other person at your home press the 'unlock' button, holding it near the phone on their end.
